About

Meet Hagit Zeev, LMFT

More than two decades ago, a personal crisis became the doorway to my life's work. I traveled to study with healers, teachers, and psychologists around the world, eventually devoting myself to Internal Family Systems — a path that changed how I understand healing.

Today I walk alongside women in Silicon Valley as they move through trauma, stress, and self-discovery toward a more loving relationship with themselves. My approach is warm, unhurried, and deeply respectful of your inner wisdom.

Questions & Answers

What you might be wondering

A few things that often come up before we begin.

What is Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy?

IFS understands the mind as a family of parts, each with a protective role and a story. Together we listen to those parts with compassion, unburden the ones carrying old pain, and lead your inner world from a calm, confident Self.

Do you offer online sessions?

Yes. I see clients both online and in person in Los Altos Hills. Online sessions are a warm, effective option whether you're across the valley or simply prefer the comfort of your own space.

How long is a session, and how often do we meet?

Individual sessions are typically 50 minutes, usually weekly to start. We'll find a rhythm together that fits your needs and your life — there's no one-size-fits-all pace for healing.

What happens in the first session?

The first session is about getting to know you — what brings you here, what you hope for, and any questions you have for me. There's no pressure to share more than feels right. It's simply the beginning of a relationship built on safety and trust.

Do you only work with women?

My practice specializes in supporting women, including individual therapy, couples counseling, and the Sparks women's group. If you're unsure whether we're a good fit, reach out and we'll talk it through.

How do I get started?

Reach out through the contact form below or email me directly. We'll set up a brief consultation to see if we're a good match — taking that first step is often the hardest part, and I'm honored to meet you there.
